I have a need to park in the church lot at 3rd and Lumber on the lumber st. side. I see pickup trucks and cars go down that unused alley. They can only be up to one of 3 things since there is no good reason to go back there and not come out the other side in a few seconds. 1 dumping trash, 2. illegal activity (drugs) 3. entering the empty houses from the rear to steal the copper pipes. (common problem around Coatesville). I know it doesn't really matter since no one will ever use the plumbing in those homes again but that is still trespassing and stealing. I do hate to complain but it bothers me when I see things that are just wrong.

City have no dead line on when they need to repair,fix or clean up their work but if your on the othere end its a whole new story. Tax payers must fix it or be fined continuously.

The RDA is not the city. I can guarantee you they are held accouhtable.

The city did come around and "attempt" to cut some of the weeds down and hauled some of the trash away that people dumped there. It looks slightly better than it did so I will close this. thanks.
