Description

Several panels of sidewalk on the north/park side of Madison are in terrible condition. The pavement has been rough and crumbling for at least two years and ir's getting worse with large chunks breaking loose. The panels are between Willett and the CDTA sign ACROSS from 478 Madison (the mobile app assigned that as the closest street address).
