Description
Storm drain and pavement at the corner of Colgrove and Woodruff is sinking. Sidewalk is also jeopardized. I've filled a hole in the yard right beside the sidewaik and the dirt soon dissapears.

We examined the storm basins at the round about. There is some settling occurring that is unfortunately typical as a development ages. The structures appear to be intact at this time. Pease monitor and contact us if the situation worsens.
