Signage for pay for parking isn't reasonable on North Harrison - there isn't enough posted and the one that is can easily be obstructed from view if larger vehicles park in front of it. People just moving/new to the area need to be notified more effectively so they don't get fined like I did recently, especially if meters are what people are looking for. Make the transition easier for your residents instead of punishing them for not being used to this newly implemented system.
