Overgrown Weeds in the areas were trees used to be. Trees were never replaced leaving weeds growing onto the sidewalk. Can you please either plant new trees or repave these areas with cement?

It's unsightly and unfortunately neighbors are not taking care of tidying it up themselves. Maybe on the community clean up day upcoming?...until the tree is installed...
The more things that are paved over, the less ground water has a chance to filter naturally and healthy oxygen is increased from the plants. So, living things like trees imo are a better option than paving over.
