I've lived in this apartment complex for 9 months now and have seen this dumpster cleared only twice. The amount of trash and furnature seems to grow and get pushed down by the weather only to accumulate more. There are thousands (literally) of flies surrounding the entire area and makes the entire grass/gravel lot inaccessible for walking our dog. Please remove the dumpster altogether if no one is going to regularly remove it's trash.

UPDATE: 9/24 all trash has been cleared, lot cleaned and dumpster completely removed!

The City of Richmond does not service dumpsters; the apt. complex is responsible for removing the debris and contacting the refuse company that service their complex.
