Description

This violation is a serious safety hazard. A woman was just killed on South Michigan by falling debris from a church . This situation at 750 West Montrose could become another similar event. It appears that " some organizations " do not have to comply of Municipal Code? A great big Personal injury judgement might encourage the good sisters to comply? Many residents have reported numerous building code violations at both 750 and 800 West Montrose. Yet not one violation is on the Web site for the Buildings Department. The building has allegedly passed all inspections. Believe that andI have a bridge to sell you.
