Description

This is the 3rd time I have reported this. These apartments have several cans. They leave the cans on the sidewalk 24/7 until they get called in for it by you. Then for a couple of weeks they take the cans to the area in their parking lot. Then it starts all over again. They completely block the sidewalk plus it is unsightly. Is there a way that I don't have to be the "trash can police" and get them to put the cans away each week. Maybe they should rent a dumpster instead of using the city services which they are abusing.
