I have noticed this as well. Also many break-ins of cars along this road, Fell Street occur during night and when the lights are bright, less crime activity results. For example, look at the front of the Music Conservatory. Thanks for commenting Nick.

I think it is time that the city do a full inspection of all the lights on Fell street between Gough and Van Ness and between Market and Hayes. There are constant unresolved complaints in that area.
