Has the Town Health Dept been successful in contacting Udolf Properties so this eyesore may be addressed?

The Health Department has attempted phone contact with the property owner, and has left messages, yet received no call backs. A written citation was sent certified mail, and was received by the property owner.

Dear Mike,
I appreciate your efforts. Interestingly, I drove by the location today and noticed that some clean-up had commenced. I'm hoping they come back to finish the job by completing the trimming and picking up the piles AND by picking up the on-site litter which is quite plentiful. With the Keney entrance looking much improved and the neighboring Shell gas station newly renovated, the Udolf's vacant service station looks ever so neglected and wanting. This piece is a critical part of Windsor's south gateway. My hunch is that the Udolfs are not Windsor residents and probably rarely drive by this location. Out of sight, out of mind....
