Description

Dear city maintenance. Please check if the following hazard can be removed: on sidewalk Dexter Drive#Thomas (N of Bryson Park), a manhole cover located in pedestrian sidewalk is not properly closed and sticks up more than 1" above sidewalk surface. Never to it, there is a 2nd cover with bolts sticking out. Both covers create a tripping hazard for pedestrians, especially now that it gets dark so early.
