Description

Several vehicles are illegally parked in clearly marked handicapped spaces in public alley at rear of location. One is a Comcast van, one is a Mercedes Benz S430 or S500, and one appears to be an Acura TL. A Notice of Infraction was issued the day before, I called in a Service Request yesterday and it was marked as non-enforceable for the exact same infraction. This is an ongoing and daily issue that needs to be resolved as those spaces are reserved for the elderly and handicapped residents of the adjacent units.
