Description
Homeless encampment under the freeway at the top of the concrete slope. This has been an area with a problem for some time now. The homeless man and woman have a bed at the top of the slope leading up to the overpass and garbage is strewn all down the slope. It smells of urine and feces. They park their shopping carts on the side walk and block the side walk. This location also attracts RV's and people living in their cars. I've seen numerous drug deals going down around these cars and RV'a and I suspect prostitution. Please put a fence at the top of the embankment or have these people move permanently. The new businesses in the area and music venue on the corner are great but these camps take away from the improvements in the neighborhood and attract crime to the area.
