Description

The traffic light at this intersection fails to change colors from red to green at least twice a week. Since on Edwards Street cannot turn right on red, the traffic backs up almost to Whitney Avenue. This problem will become extremely problematic once the ice and snow begin to form and cars will be sliding backwards down Edward St.
