Description

There is a yield sign at the intersection of Whittier Ave and Belmont Circle. However, people use Whittier Ave as a speedway to avoid the light at Parkside and Stuyvesant. They seldom obey the yield sign or even look to see if any traffic is coming from the right on Belmont Circle. It's a recipe for a serious accident.
