Description

Every morning there are construction vehicles idling in the right traffic lane on southbound 16th street just before I street. They are blocking traffic lanes and causing severe backup on 16th street during rush hour. I imagine they are servicing the construction site south of K street, but I doubt they have a permit to totally block the right traffic lane north of K street. This happens EVERY DAY!
