Not to put too fine of a point on this, but if they are not huge trees, and you can cut them down with loopers, it might be worth the time and effort to go ahead and do it, if you live close by. Just a thought.

I shouldn't have to do it myself! That's why we pay taxes! It is the DPW's JOB to do this kind of stuff and they're not doing it!

I recommend someone getting a bottle of concentrated Ground Clear, it is a deforesting agent, and spray everything at that location. It will take a few days, but the foliage will die and stay dead for the whole year.

Still not fixed, 7 years later!

I keep saying the same thing. I know it is not right, but if you go out with a weed whacker, maybe a chain saw, and some weed killer, and cut down and spray the entire area, that would keep it clear for the rest of this year. Sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands.
