Description
Anyone who lives in lowell knows that in the rush hour during 4pm to 7pm there is huge pileup of cars crossing the bridge (from middlesex street making left turn) or coming straight from Wood street towards the Rourke Bride.
If we change the timings during the the rush hour to let more cars go by making left turn at the signal on Pawtucket Blvd where it meets Rourke bridge we can reduce the traffic congestion on the bridge. Which will save at least 10-15 mins per car and fuel cost for many commuters.

and ontop of the extra traffic on the blvd due to the pavementwork that could have been done during the summer this just adds more to the BS in lowell
