Description

The Public Service Department has made limited progress to resolve the road conditions on Utica Avenue (between 23rd and 21st), but as a result of their effort thus far; gapping massive holes 8-10ft are the apparent outcome in some locations throughout. During a rain or snow storm these holes will certainly become worse; at this point, it is a fact when driving over this road during storms; it is undetermined how deep these depressions are or will be when driving.

The deep concave depression holes about 8-10 inches have been improved. Locations still remain on the road, FROM 24TH – 17TH STREET. One must travel down this street, still with EXTREME CARE! All automobiles are still subject to severe damage as a result of traveling on this road overtime and expensive repairs. Asphalt has been
broken up and loose. This road has not been repaired in many years and remains in need. Tax dollars are paid yearly by the citizens living on this street and reasonable services should be provided, CONTINUE REPAIRING THIS ROAD and Thank You for the early stage repair efforts!
