Description

Tons of clothing, three tires, plastic bags, and a tarp full of tree trimmings have been piling up here. This is a constant issue. Whenever it gets picked up, more stuff gets dumped here. Please address this issue on a more permanent basis. I'd rather my tax dollars go towards preventing and solving this issue than sending the message that "Its OK if you dump trash, because nothing will happen to you and the city will just pick it up anyway."
