Good Morning , The reason I'm writing this complaint is because the next house 144 johnston ave the owner doesn't live there and the lady that is in charge that lives on the basement she keeps the garbage trash in front of the house and the smell ,the flies, the roaches is to much already ,Can Please an inspector can come today please and tell them what to do. i really appreciate Thank you.
