I know who did it, it came from 45 third street 1st fl or basement apt they left it in front for a few day's then they realize that they wouldn't pick it up so they threw it there. I think they should be fined for that, this is our neighborhood and should not be doing that.
Agreed.. Too many people getting away with doing stuff like this.. Cause if no one gets punished then they'll continue to do it.. So tired of seeing people destroy their neighborhood...
If you have definitive proof of this (pictures, etc..), please email it to me at csoto@newhavenct.net. Otherwise it will be hard to issue the illegal dumping ticket by NHPD. Thank You for your help.
The only proof is that it was in front of 45 third st a couple of weeks ago, however the neighbors across from 45 3rd street which 44 3rd street has a video camera who more than likely has it recorded.. I'm sure it can be retrieved from them.

We will pick up the items when we can.
We are closing older 2013-2016 Illegal Dumping Issues found on Public Spaces (roads, tree belts, sidewalks) in order to focus on current Issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our Streets Division but were never closed. If your “public space illegal dumping” issue has not been addressed, please open a new See Click Fix issue.
