9/2/2014 - This location was inspected by Richmond Street Light team and they noted these lines do not belong to Richmond City. This is probably wire that needs inspection by Verizon or Comcast and our units could not determine which. However, many times this type of wiring can be associated with fiber optics installations in the neighborhood that will be finished for wiring soon. Please check with Comcast about fiber optics in your neighborhood.
