Description

The boarded-up side window frame has been pried loose. This is the same storefront unit that was previously reported twice in the past couple of weeks for ROP issues. The tenant who was renting the commercial space to live in pried open the window frame to gain access. Frame is now gaping open by a few inches and could easily be broken or pulled off completely.
