Lake's lights are on around the whole lake ? at 6:30 PM Perhaps timer needs to be adjusted or have a day & night sensor(s) install? Too early to have these lights on. Energy & money is being wasted.

But, the Necklace of Lights were NOT on along Lakeshore Ave at the same period of time.
