Emaciated dog, clearly starved is frequently loose from this address as recently as last night. She is named Miracle and also has had a litter of pups. She is often sen roaming on Barksdale near Raleigh Blvd.
This rental property is owned by Bhola Gupta and there have been previous animal control issues at this property in the past.
