Silver(?) spray paint - possible gang markings - on large stainless steel utility box on the property of St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue.
This utility box is right at the corner of the intersection, next to sidewalk. Visible to northbound traffic waiting at traffic light at 66th Street N. and 5th Ave north
