Description

There is a HUGE rotten tree that overhangs over Concord Pass. It is obvious that the huge limbs are hollow and rotten. Someone needs to cut this tree down on the corner of Concord Road and Concord Pass before someone gets hurt. There are two huge limbs on the ground and i am not sure if anyone has reported this yet.
