Description

The owners of 11 and 21 Monterey St have recently installed tall fences at the edge of the property next to Everett alley all the way to the sidewalk. As a result I cannot see pedestrians about to cross the alley on Monterey street and have nearly hit several over the past year. On one occasion, I had a very close call when kids ran out in front of my car as I was exiting Everett alley onto Monterey. This is a serious safety issue and those fences need to be lowered considerably as I cannot see over them even in my tall truck.
