for the past week or so, there has been a large unsightly yellow banner advertising for dental services in front of the woods across from Huguenot high school. Is this a code violation? Also, we have had a rash of burglaries in the Sratford Hills neighborhood, and the banner makes it easy for someone to slip behind it and conceal themselves while going through the woods.
