Description
There is no stop sign at the corner of Cowper and Harrison on Harrison. This is a corner where many children cross because it borders Bent park. Other corners have stop signs but this particular corner is unsafe. I've witnessed many kids running / biking across without regard for the cars coming. Can we put up a stop sign there?
