Description

This is a residential area with a four way stop at Winfield Ave. and Yacht Ave. Drivers are not stopping at the intersection and some have been traveling at high speeds well over the 25 mph limit. Many of these vehicles are emitting music loud enough to rattle windows and set off car alarms.
