A. The sidewalk has bowed up due In improper installation of the tree root plate. The bow is 2 inches at it's peak. The improper installation creates an uneven surface for walker and is dangerous. The caulk used to conceal the poor installation has deteriorated and needs to be removed. The gap presents a danger for children in the neighborhood as a serious pinch point.
