Description

There are often people just hanging out on the bench in front of ABC11. They really are undesirable looking and sometimes smell unpleasant. It makes enjoying a glass of wine after work difficult due to their proximity. Are they allowed to be there for hours on end? It would be nice if they could be asked to move to Moore Square where more people like them stay. Thank you.
