Our sidewalks flood, and so do some of the basements, because there is not a drain on the correct side of the road on South Reading Ave. The area between the Speedwash and the Salvation Army has drains on the high side of the road and not the areas that need it. It's worse in the winter, with neighbors forced to make their own drainage or have flooded basements. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!
