I second that it's is a very busy cross-walk on a VERY busy intersection. It's adjacent to a Fred Meyer location and there's a High School right around the corner, so it's used by kids and families all the time. To cross safely, pedestrians are forced to cross 3 times. The Western crosswalk is outfitted with audible crosswalk buttons, so replacing with a matching set on the Eastern side would seem to make sense.
