Durring the summer a child fell into this sewer hole. Nothing was done about, he seemed to be ok, however school has just started so a proper sewer top is need so it will not happen again...Thank You

Here is a front veiw of the Sewere hole. Children walk pass this everday to the school bus. I am a school Instructor and feel extremely deep about this matter. I do hope that you see the urgency...Thank you much

The top was fixed improperly, my house guest poped his tire driving over the sewer top. It needs to be fixed properly!

City of Richmond government. This situation with the damaged drainage inlet needing repair has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020860976) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.

9/13/2012 - Service Review:
Stormwater Management noted on 8/24/2012 that the cover was replaced on the storm inlet per request. It appears that the inlet could be enclosed with a piece of rebar in the front of the basin. This could eliminate any one from entering the storm drain. The cover is still secure. The repair will be made ASAP.
Stormwater Management noted on 8/28/2012 that two pieces of rebar were installed on the front side of the storm basin for security reasons on 8/27/12
