Back yard severely overgrown. Trash piled in side yard behind fence. Chicken coop never cleaned out now covered with weeds and vines. Storage building too close to property line. Water buckets scattered around the yard with standing water. Rats and snakes running between the yards. This property has been reported at least 4 times that I am aware of. When will the city do something? This property decreases the property values of the homes around it drastically. There are homes on the market near this property going for MUCH less than they should because NOBODY wants to buy a home close to such filth.
