I drive by this location almost everyday and this blatant code violation is definitely happening! It is embarrassing for this city to be circling the drain of being such a slum, because it has degraded to the point that mostly poor people without the money for home improvement refuse to locate to the Diston Area. WE don't flood! You would think everyone would want to live here! Is the city hoping for a typhoon to blow away all the poverty? When are you going to start issuing citations for code violations, this SeeClickFix program is not helping citizens get any satisfaction for reporting code violations.
