Description

Can something be done about the large number of households that block the sidewalks with their vehicles? It's hard to get around with wheelchair and stroller without going into the street for sometimes 3 & 4 house-lengths before being able to get back on the sidewalk.
I know it seems petty, but isn't there a law about blocking a sidewalk for more than the purpose of loading a vehicle.
