Description

Renters at 645 Mass. Ave NE put out large amount of trash & recyclables for Monday pickup. Large Plastic bags full of garbage (food waste) were placed at curb at either side of driveway and not picked up with today's trash. Rats will be into the food waste within a day or so. Recycling for same property was not picked up either. Please clean up the mess and take appropriate enforcement action. Thanks.
