This would be nice, but it would also never happen in a billion years. The city's broke. On my street the homeowners keep the storm drain openings swept. It's not fair, but neither is life. It's better than getting flooded out every time it rains.
Unreasonable requests like this just clog up the system and make it less likely that anyone will pay attention to the REAL complaints!!
