Description

There is a Couch and what looks to be old railroad ties just lying on the side of the road in the grass. It's sitting right across the street from 74th Street Elementary School. That stuff has been sitting there for over a year and looks TERRIBLE!!! Please deal with it ASAP Looks Terrible!!
