Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. There is a vacant lot behind our house and we have noticed many rats on our property. In fact there is so many that they have gotten into the attic. Last week there was a dead one laying in front yard by the front door. This is the first time we have had this problem and was told that the city could possibly help.
