A large tree limb partially broken by Irene is hanging voer the sidewalk and could kill someone if it fell on them. this is located on the south side of Laburnam Ave. a little west of Noble Avenue.

9/13/2011 - The situation at Laburnum off of Noble concerning a snapped tree branch hanging down from tree over a sidewalk has been formally referred to DPW Tree Maintenance (CRS# 20020795071) so that the appropriate inspection and handling can take place accordingly - rtt
