Description

Traveling South on Commack Road, and then turning right (West bound) onto Vanderbilt Parkway, there are about 6 square 6" by 6" iron utility covers that are seriously below grade and are also uneven so that as the tire travels down into the below grade covers, the car lurches and the iron cover clangs as the covers are also not level.
