Description

Traffic light needs to be re timed. Only one car ,heading south on Hayes, can turn left into the Apartment complex at a time. Also the light should be flashing red to turn into complex so that you can turn when there is no traffic. On week nights the light should just flash yellow because of traffic being light.

Light is better but still needs to flash red when there is no traffic so you can turn into the complex. Also needs to flash Yellow after 9 so you can turn into the complex because of traffic flow being really low.
