Description
There is a large metal route sign above the north-bound lane of Capital Blvd- right at the rise to the bridge. Graffiti is on the left-hand side of the left concrete pylon holding up the sign. This is accessible from the south-bound lane of Capital Blvd. It is clearly visible from the Deana Lane intersection.
