Description

Building is not secured. Municipal Code for Vacant Buildings dictates that the building and fences be secured. This is not the case at 750 West Montrose. Breach in fence ( NE) rear, breach at front entrance eve. ( two large holes allowing access into building)

Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Two large holes on the underside of the eve ( portico just in front of entrance) one 5 feet wide the other about three feet. .Each has been created by removing large metal vent covers allowing access into the building.
