Description
A young man between 13 to 16 years old was just walking a medium size black long haired dog. The dog pooped in the parkway between 1811and 1813 Monroe, I didn't see him with any bags. I went out and asked him if he was going to pick it up, he said he didn't have a bag and walked away.
This is something that has been happening much too often and I think that the city should remind dog owners to pick up after their pets!
